How to Vote in Ward 8: 2026 Election Guide
Your vote is your power to elect a councillor who works for Ward 8 families, small businesses, and safer streets. Here is everything you need to know to cast your ballot.
Election Day
Voting takes place in October 2026. Polling locations across Ward 8 will be open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Advance Voting
Toronto Elections hosts multiple Advance Vote days prior to Election Day for residents who wish to vote early at designated Ward 8 locations.
Voter ID Needed
You must bring one piece of identification showing your name and Ward 8 residential address (e.g., Driver's License or Utility Bill).
Voter Eligibility Requirements
To vote in the Ward 8 municipal election, you must meet the following criteria:
